About the role: This role will be working for our Mars Food Nutrition segment, where we bring people together through flavour.
As our Integrated Supply Partner, you will be the critical link between Mars Food & Nutrition and Metcash. You will be responsible for the replenishment of our entire MFA portfolio within the Metcash network, ensuring our products are delivered on time and in full. Your role is essential to maintaining a seamless flow of information, data, and insights between our two organizations.
What you’ll do:
Complete ordering requirements based on Metcash system demand, adhering to truck utilization and pallet configuration agreements.
Manage and maintain data integrity across our systems, including pallet configurations, minimum order quantities, order multiples, and new product SKUs to ensure uninterrupted supply.
Work closely with the MFA customer experience team to ensure high service levels and collaborate with our Sales and Supply teams to address any issues.
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide a weekly service dashboard with commentary and root cause analysis.
Collaborate with our Sales and Demand Planning teams to provide updates and commentary in weekly Metcash meetings. You will also support planning for major promotional events and seasonal activations.
Manage the setup and launch of new products (NPD) and the run-out and deactivation of discontinued items across the Metcash network.
Your key ingredients:
Proven experience in a supply chain, logistics, or customer-facing role, preferably within the FMCG industry.
Strong understanding of replenishment and order management systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
A proactive and collaborative mindset with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
