As a People Services Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for Haleon employees, delivering service excellence by resolving Tier 1 HR cases with accuracy and efficiency. You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth transitions for escalated issues and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the initial contact for employee queries via ServiceNow, live chat, and email.
Provide end-to-end support and resolution for Tier 1 cases.
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to Tier 2, ensuring smooth handoffs.
Participate in process optimization and automation initiatives.
Maintain professional communication with employees and stakeholders.
Stay current on HR policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Conduct peer reviews aligned with the Quality Framework.
Develop and deliver training content for new and existing employees.
Create and update documentation for Tier 1 processes.
Collaborate on continuous improvement projects to enhance service quality.
Why you?
Basic Qualifications:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
High School Diploma required; University degree preferred (Human Resources or Business Administration).
1–2 years of experience in customer service.
0–1 year of experience in Human Resources.
Languages: English and French – B2 level.
Good level of knowledge of employee data management processes including data entry, maintenance and validation
Solid understanding of employee data management (entry, maintenance, validation).
Familiarity with HR policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
Proficiency in Workday and other HR technologies.
Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies.
Ability to manage low to medium complexity projects.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly.
