We are seeking an experienced PA to take front line responsibility. Together, we use our brains and hearts to provide the highest level of care imaginable. In the process, experience all the reasons we entered our noble field. 

Physician Assistant – PA – Hospitalist-Rotating

As a Physician Assistant in this combined and autonomous role, you will manage all aspects of care for the service line including assessing inpatients for all acute needs while providing quick compassionate floor coverage. As a Night Hospitalist PA, you will be moving care forward collaboratively by addressing all acute patient needs. You will be in charge of patient assessments, ordering, handoff, and assisting in coordination of all care as able. Our PAs are leaders in providing high quality innovative care to patients and their families. You will be a part of a growing dynamic team of PAs and have your hand at shaping the future of patient care.

Shift: Full Time, Nights 12.5 hours shifts, includes weekends and holidays.

This position is located at NYP Westchester in Bronxville. 

Preferred Criteria 

  • Master’s degree in physician assistant studies 

  • Previous PA experience in Inpatient Medicine

Required Criteria 

  • Bachelor’s degree in physician assistant studies 

  • Current New York State Physician Assistant licensure required. 

  • National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) certification required. 

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification and Advanced Certified Life Support (ACLS)
