Terminal Operator – World Fuel Gibraltar

At World Fuel, we safely deliver energy around the world. As a Terminal Operator, you’ll help keep our marine terminal running smoothly by supporting the safe receipt, storage, and transfer of fuel products. This is a hands‑on role ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, operating equipment, and being part of a strong team.

What You’ll Do

Receive fuel from vessels and transfer product into storage tanks following established procedures.
Load and discharge product to company and third‑party vessels and road tankers.
Perform tank gauging, product measurement, and inventory checks.
Complete daily inspections, routine maintenance, and basic operational reporting.
Support emergency response activities and regular safety drills.
Maintain housekeeping standards and follow all terminal security protocols.

What You Bring

High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience in terminal operations, marine operations, industrial facilities, logistics, or similar hands‑on environments (preferred but not required).
Basic mechanical knowledge (pumps, valves, gauges) and comfort using computers/handheld devices.
Ability to obtain required safety and operational training; firefighting/first aid helpful.
Valid driver’s license.

Physical Requirements

Ability to work outdoors in all weather.
Ability to lift 20–25 kg and perform manual operational tasks.
Ability to climb stairs/ladders as part of daily duties.
Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends, holidays, and on‑call when needed.
