Who we’re looking for:
We’re looking for a highly motivated Strategy Trainee to join our dynamic team.
This is an exceptional opportunity for an emerging talent to immerse themselves in the world of strategy, contributing to impactful client success within an environment focused on continuous learning.
What you’ll do:
- Assist in gathering and analyzing data from consumer trends, competitor analysis, and industry reports to inform proposals.
- Support senior team members in developing marketing and communications strategies for clients and new business projects.
- Monitor the latest marketing, communication, and digital trends to provide fresh insights and innovative solutions.
- Prepare compelling reports and presentations that synthesize market trends and strategic insights, supporting effective communication and decision-making for both internal teams and clients.
- Assist in monitoring campaign performance, analyzing KPIs, and preparing reports for internal teams or clients.
What you’ll need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field.
- Strong interest in marketing, communications, and strategy with a desire to learn and grow.
- Demonstrated interest and foundational understanding of advertising, marketing, and brand strategy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft clear, compelling messages.
- Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset eager to bring fresh ideas.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft clear, compelling messages.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and self-management skills.
- Strong initiative and ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English (both written and spoken)
