The Opportunity:

This position offers a dynamic role where you will own various operational aspects of Agoda’s engagement with its partners. The role involves a mix of problem-solving aptitudes, effective communication, and teamwork skills. 

What You’ll Do:

In this role you will be:  

  • Drive operations for Agoda’s key partnerships 
  • Manage daily operational activities to ensure timely setup and monitoring of campaigns 
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders and partners for troubleshooting issues requiring the team’s attention and coordinating across internal Agoda teams for resolution. 
  • Track and utilize key operational insights to streamline our processes & operations for improved service delivery and efficiency. Provide input for management reporting. 
  • Leverage your problem solving and critical thinking skills to help support key improvement initiatives within the organization 

Required Qualifications:

  • 0-3 years of experience in project management or project coordination, ideally involving operations, cross-functional collaboration, and data/analytical work. 
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. 
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills. 
  • Good organizational abilities, with the capacity to work effectively in a team setting. 
  • Proficiency in basic Excel functionality. 
  • Proficiency in SQL is an advantage. 
  • Must have a fluent command of the English language. Additionally proficiency in Chinese is an advantage 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills. 
  • A professional “can-do” attitude and a dedicated work ethic.
