Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow sales performance for assigned territory and accounts, including sell-in, sell-out, and wearer recruitment.
  • Conduct daily field visits (primarily outdoor work) to engage Eye Care Professionals (ECPs) and achieve Key Call objectives.
  • Develop and execute sales growth plans, targets, customer segmentation, and territory strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with optical shops, clinics, and key account stakeholders.
  • Use internal dashboards and systems to monitor performance, prepare cycle plans, and submit relevant reports with market insights.
  • Install and follow up on marketing and trade marketing programs in selected accounts.
  • Collaborate closely with internal colleagues to support team performance and contribute ideas from field experience.
  • Participate in cross-functional initiatives, ensuring adherence to Credo values and HCC principles.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above preferred.
  • Preferably 2–3 years of sales experience required, experience in FMCG sales or medical/optical industry is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical, business planning, and budget management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities in English; Cantonese proficiency preferred.
  • Proactive, independent, responsible, and able to operate with minimal supervision.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, field‑driven environment with regular outdoor duties.
  • Ability to engage diverse customer types and adapt to internal systems, dashboards, and matrix organization structures.
