Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Pool Bartender to join our team. In this role, you will prepare and serve beverages to guests in a fast-paced, outdoor pool environment while delivering exceptional hospitality. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes
- Provide friendly, attentive service to poolside guests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Check IDs and ensure compliance with all alcohol service laws and regulations
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and maintain an accurate register
- Monitor guest consumption and promote responsible drinking
- Restock bar supplies and assist with inventory management
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications
- Previous bartending experience preferred (poolside or high-volume environment a plus)
- Knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and drink preparation techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Must meet minimum age requirements for alcohol service
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
Preferred Skills
- TIPS, ServSafe, or equivalent alcohol safety certification
