Credentialing Manager

The Credentialing Manager is responsible for daily operations and specific administrative functions within the Clinical Health Network for Transformation (CHN) Credentialing team in the Revenue Cycle Department. The Credentialing Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and monitoring processes & procedures that support the credentialing and payer enrollment process.

The Credentialing Manager will work under the supervision of the Vice President of Revenue Cycle and will manage the day-to-day functions related to credentialing, including provider licensing, payer enrollment, initial appointment, re-appointment, expiring documents and other tasks. This position will be readily available to provide team members with the tools and training needed to meet established service goals and KPI’s.  They are responsible for facilitating bi-directional communication between frontline staff and leadership. As a leader, the Credentialing Manager encourages a customer focused, cost-effective, and high-quality environment for all front-line interactions.
