WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT TO US
The Lead Content Owner plays a key role in enabling successful adoption of SimCorp’s products by creating and maintaining high-quality training and e-learning content.
You will own and drive learning experiences across investment operations (IBOR), transforming complex operational workflows - such as reconciliation, collateral, and cash management, and other - into clear, engaging, and practical training, including practical system exercises
Working closely with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams, you will ensure all learning materials are accurate, aligned with SimCorp’s solutions, and designed to meet both business and client needs.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, and continuously improve e-learning content within investment operations (IBOR) domain
- Translate real operational processes into structured learning journeys and practical system-based exercises
- Configure training environments to support practical learning experiences
- Collaborate with product teams, trainers, and subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance
- Maintain a scalable, well-organized content library aligned with content strategy
Required experience & skills
- Extensive experience in investment operations and middle- or back-office software, with direct involvement in reconciliation, collateral management, cash and liquidity management, and trade lifecycle processing
- Ability to translate complex operational concepts into clear, structured, and engaging learning content
- Interest in instructional design and digital learning development (experience in instructional design and digital learning is a plus, but not required — we will provide full training if needed)
- High attention to detail with a clear emphasis on quality
- Proficient English communication skills, both in writing and speaking
- Experienced in partnering with various functional areas in an active work atmosphere
Nice to have
- Master’s degree or PhD in Finance or related field
- Familiarity with e-learning tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate)

- Flexible between APAC/EMEA shift
- Hybrid working arrangement (2x/week)
