Avantor poszukuje osoby do zespołu Global Payroll, odpowiedzialnej za wsparcie w zapewnianiu terminowej, zgodnej i precyzyjnej obsługi procesów płacowych na rynkach europejskich.
Stanowisko przeznaczone jest dla osób zainteresowanych pracą z danymi, dokładnością i doskonaleniem procesów w środowisku międzynarodowym.

Wymagania

Minimum 3 lata doświadczenia w obszarze europejskich procesów płacowych (np. Francji, Włoch, Hiszpani, Holandii)
Doświadczenie we współpracy z zewnętrznymi dostawcami usług płacowych (np. ADP, Safeguard, CloudPay).
Umiejętność analizy danych płacowych oraz pracy z dużymi zestawami danych.
Bardzo dobra organizacja pracy, wysoka dbałość o szczegóły oraz samodzielność.
Rozwinięte kompetencje interpersonalne oraz nastawienie na współpracę.
Znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie minimum C1 (w mowie i piśmie), znajomość innego języka europejskiego jest atutem.
Zaawansowana znajomość programu Excel.

Mile widziane:

Certyfikacja z zakresu payroll lub międzynarodowych procesów płacowych.
Doświadczenie w pracy z Workday, w tym z integracjami PECI.
Znajomość dodatkowych języków obcych.
Umiejętność funkcjonowania w dynamicznym środowisku i przy zmieniających się priorytetach.

Zakres obowiązków

Zapewnianie terminowej i prawidłowej realizacji listy płac zgodnie z lokalnymi regulacjami oraz polityką Avantor.
Weryfikowanie wyników procesów płacowych, w tym raportów „gross-to-net”, analiz odchyleń, plików płatniczych oraz deklaracji ustawowych.
Przygotowywanie i uzgadnianie zapisów księgowych w ramach miesięcznych zamknięć oraz współpraca z działem finansów.
Realizowanie płatności pozacyklicznych, takich jak wypłaty końcowe, premie czy prowizje.
Obsługa zapytań dotyczących obszaru płac od pracowników, zespołów HR, przełożonych oraz instytucji zewnętrznych.
Monitorowanie zmian w lokalnych przepisach oraz współpraca z dostawcami usług payrollowych w zakresie zapewniania zgodności.
Przygotowywanie cyklicznych raportów płacowych (miesięcznych, kwartalnych, rocznych).
Utrzymywanie aktualnej dokumentacji procesowej.
Wsparcie podczas audytów wewnętrznych i zewnętrznych.
Zapewnianie poufności przetwarzanych danych oraz zgodności z politykami ochrony informacji.
