The Opportunity:
Position: Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
Location: Salinas, CA (Beautiful Monterey County)
Compensation: $48.00–$55.00 per hour (DOE)
Incentives: Quarterly Performance-Based Bonuses

Your Impact & Responsibilities:
Functional Rehabilitation: Execute individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed OT, focusing on Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and functional mobility.
Therapeutic Intervention: Provide skilled treatments using adaptive equipment and specialized techniques to help residents reach their maximum potential.
Progress Tracking: Closely monitor resident performance and provide accurate, timely documentation to the supervising OT and interdisciplinary team.
Collaborative Care: Work alongside Physical and Speech Therapists to deliver a holistic, coordinated approach to patient recovery.
Education & Advocacy: Instruct residents, families, and nursing staff on maintenance programs and safety techniques to ensure a successful discharge.

Qualifications:
Education: Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
Licensure: Current, valid California COTA License or certification.
