Essential Duties and Responsibilities
People Management
Provide leadership for operational team
Foster a team working environment
Client Management
Provide superior customer service to meet clients’ expectations
Interact on a regular basis with the appropriate account contacts such as HR representatives and on-site client personnel to discuss ongoing service delivery and planning
Contracts Management
Ensure that all contracts at the site are delivering the required service at the correct cost
Act as single point of contact for the contract partners and ensure regular follow up of day-to-day business
Site Operations Management
Deliver services as defined in the relevant schedules of the Master Agreement
Report critical key performance measurements and achieve targets
Seek innovation and create a hospitable approach towards the client in your area of responsibility
Work with the Client and Manager to develop and implement improved/new processes that improve service to the client and /or reduce costs.
Health and Safety Management
Support the achievement of all legal and Client required H&S regulations
Ensure that all Jones Lang LaSalle staff in your area of responsibility are working in compliance with H&S regulations
Finance Management
Ensure that the financial targets are met in your area of responsibility.
Deliver a weekly follow-up of POs and Invoices to ensure compliance
Additional Duties and Responsibilities :
Provide site communication to the client and support the local JLL team in creating it
Set up process documentation for initiatives and work processes in general
Support the development, implementation & delivery of training for yourself and your operational team
Regularly interact with the counterparts of your cluster to exchange ideas, approach towards initiatives and innovations
Skills :
Experience in Facility management in a highly demanding and international customer environment
Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management or equivalent
Fluent speaking & writing skills in French and English required
Excellent communication skills – able to identify key persuaders and represent data/results in highly impactful ways
Customer focus – for best Customer Satisfaction
Negotiating skills – for negotiating with business and suppliers for the best solution
Excellent knowledge of MS office applications
