- Utilize and help build AI tools to support research, drafting, data analysis, and visualization.
- Cleanse, consolidate, and maintain investment-related databases, spreadsheets, and models.
- Support the preparation of Investment Policy Statements (IPS) and client proposal solutions.
- Collaborate with a team to develop a financial planning or investment research project.
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- Pursuing an undergraduate degree with a strong academic record. Finance, Mathematics, or Economics majors would fit well with the roll but not required.
- Exhibits a strong interest in public and private market investing and portfolio management, as well as financial data and technology solutions.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Expertise with Microsoft Office.

- Experience with Bloomberg and Morningstar a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with a high attention to detail.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Familiarity with mainstream AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT), with interest in applying them to data analysis and visualization.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Confidentiality and professional integrity of the highest order.
- Identify with Cerity Partners’ mission and demonstrate our core values.
