What you'll be doing…
As an Engineer III Consultant in AI Science, you will be a key hands-on contributor to the development and implementation of innovative AI/ML solutions that power the autonomous network operations platform. This role supports the core strategic shift from reactive, queue-based work to continuous, 24/7 autonomous coverage of the network. You will be responsible for building and deploying production-grade AI/ML driven Agents that span the five layers of autonomous agents—detecting issues, aggregating impact, synthesizing contextual events, investigating root causes, and generating actionable strategies. Your work will ensure the scalability and reliability of the next-generation AI brain designed to automate network operations.
What we're looking for…
Design, develop, and implement innovative AI/ML solutions using Python, CI/CD, and public cloud platforms.
Contribute to developing robust and scalable Agentic systems for proactive business decisions using large scale data.
Implement and analyze the performance of advanced algorithms, including those from deep learning and generative AI.
Assist in designing and implementing AI/ML pipelines for efficient model training and deployment.
Design, develop, and optimize Artificial Intelligence, NLP, SLM/LLM solutions to diverse real-world problems.
Write complex queries to extract data and build features necessary to train and derive business insights from network models.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, impactful autonomous solutions.
You'll need to have:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field or four or more years of work experience.
Four or more years of relevant work experience.
Three or more years of proven experience designing, developing, and deploying AI/ML solutions.
Strong programming skills in Python and Spark, with experience in CI/CD practices.
Expertise in public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and distributed computing.
Deep understanding of AI/ML algorithms, including deep learning and generative AI techniques.
Must have AI Hygiene with Model/Agents inferencing, tracing and serving tools and techniques.
Experience with modeling techniques including Statistics (Hypothesis testing, Regression), Machine Learning (Classification, Clustering), and AI Algorithms (GenAI/NLP, Deep Learning).
Experience working with GCP, BigQuery/SQL, Python, and Spark.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
Two or more years of experience in the telecom network domain.
Experience in building scoring models and anomaly detection solutions.
Experience with developing and deploying machine learning models to production.
Practiced building Mixture of Experts Models, Agents, Skills and tools.
