Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead and continuously evolve a world-class Business Analysis and UX capability that serves as the trusted partner between business and technology. Through deep understanding of business goals, user needs, data insights, and process realities, your role will be to guide the organization from ideas to outcomes, helping teams make better decisions faster, deliver solutions people want to use, and realize measurable value from digital investments.

You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Leading Discovery & Solution Shaping – Driving business and product discovery to define problems, identify opportunities, and translate strategy into actionable solution options and prioritized backlogs.
  • Building and Leading the Analysis Practice – Leading, coaching, and developing Business Analysts and UX Designers, establishing standards, capabilities, and a culture of customer-centric and data-driven decision making.
  • Owning Requirements & Experience Quality – Ensuring business needs, user journeys, and requirements are aligned, traceable, testable, and ready for successful delivery and adoption.
  • Enabling Stakeholder Alignment – Partnering with business leaders, product owners, architects, and delivery teams to align priorities, facilitating decision making, and ensuring successful outcomes.
  • Driving Analysis Excellence – Defining and continuously improving frameworks, methods, templates, and communities of practice to ensure consistent and scalable delivery.
  • Ensuring Value Delivery – Owning the journey from discovery to delivery readiness, removing bottlenecks, and measuring business outcomes through value hypotheses, KPIs, and adoption metrics.
  • Managing Delivery Partners – Overseeing internal and external BA/UX capabilities, ensuring high-quality analysis, design deliverables, and effective collaboration.
  • Championing Change & Adoption – Driving user-centric change by integrating communication, training, feedback, and adoption considerations into solution design.

Qualifications for the role

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s in Information Systems, Human Computer Interaction, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 10–12+ years in IS/IT with 8+ years in Business Analysis and 5+ years leading BA and/or UX practitioners; proven delivery in complex, multi stakeholder environments.
  • Business Analysis & Delivery - Requirements definition & management (epics→stories), process modelling (BPMN), capability mapping, data analysis, backlog refinement, UAT support, value tracking.
  • UX Leadership - Human Centered Design practices (research, personas, journeys, service blueprints, wireframes, prototypes), design critique, accessibility, and design ops governance. Tooling literacy (Figma/Adobe) beneficial.
  • Ways of Working - Agile (Scrum/SAFe), Design Thinking, OKRs/KPIs, hypothesis driven delivery; excellent facilitation and stakeholder management.
