Overview / Purpose of the position

  • To generate leads, convert prospects into clients, and promote our training programs. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and a passion for helping individuals and organizations grow through learning.

Responsibilities & Accountabilities Commercial

  • Make outbound calls/meets to potential clients to promote training programs and services.
  • Understand client needs and recommend suitable training solutions.
  • Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, events, and referrals.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, client interactions, and sales progress using Salesforce systems.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and training teams to align messaging and offerings.

Product Knowledge

  • Articulate BSI’s Training products and qualifications to generate returning client sales

Person Specification

Knowledge and Experience

  • Min of 1-year solid experience in sales in CB, Consultant, Training Provider.

Skills and Abilities

  • Able to communicate clearly
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Goal-oriented, clear, and open-minded

Education / Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree and above

Personal Qualities / Aptitudes

  • Well organized and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team • Highly motivated and passionate
