Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Managers and Sales Representatives to exceed sales targets.

Job Specifications
Typically has the following skills or abilities:
Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience; Minimum of 3 additional years of experience related to functional area
Minimum of 6 years of management experience with responsibilities for hiring, training, assigning work and managing performance of direct reports
Progressive sales leadership experience, preferably in the optical or healthcare industry.
Demonstrated success in growing revenue and leading high-performing sales teams.
Expertise in Salesforce CRM and leveraging data for performance management.
Strong understanding of the optical lens market, including sales to doctors and labs.
Exceptional communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and a bias for action.

Compensation range for the role is listed below. Applicable salary ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
