Job Description
As a fixed-term (around 18 months) Head of Risk & Regulatory Reporting you’ll play a meaningful role in safeguarding Nasdaq’s financial assets by ensuring robust financial risk management, regulatory capital adequacy, and accurate regulatory reporting across the Group and its regulated entities.

Team and Role Overview
The Risk & Regulatory Reporting is a key pillar of the Treasury function. You will have the opportunity to lead a team of risk professionals whose role is to act as the first line of defense to safeguard Nasdaq’s financial assets and ensure that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and properly reported.
Division Overview
The finance function is organized around the key pillars of Treasury, Tax, Accounting, Financial Planning & Analysis, Corporate Development and Investor Relations. The Head of Risk & Regulatory Reporting will partner with key collaborators including the technology, accounting, and risk management departments as well as the business leaders of our regulated entities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high‑performing team of professionals based in Vilnius, fostering strong performance, engagement, and career growth.
- Lead all aspects of daily financial risk monitoring to ensure Group and regulated entity exposures remain within approved risk tolerances.
- Ensure regulatory capital adequacy and full compliance with regulatory reporting requirements, supported by robust controls and accurate data.
- Partner closely with Treasury, Accounting, Technology, Global Risk Management, and business leaders to deliver effective risk management and regulatory capital initiatives.
- Be responsible to ensure all Treasury financial risk related functionality is successfully migrated to a new system in 2026.
- Prepare and present high‑quality materials to risk committees, boards, and regulators, and lead projects supporting scalable and efficient risk processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
- Approximately 7 years of shown experience in financial risk management within a multinational corporate treasury, financial institution, or similar environment.
- People leadership experience with the ability to empower, develop, and lead teams.
- Strong understanding of financial statements, financial risk frameworks, and regulatory capital requirements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with treasury management systems, market data, and trading platforms (e.g., Calypso, Quantum, Bloomberg).
- Exposure to BI and reporting tools such as Power BI.
- Relevant professional certification or postgraduate qualification (e.g., CFA, CPA).
This position will be located in Vilnius, Lithuania and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.

The base pay range for this role is 4000 - 4600 EUR gross monthly.
