This is a non-union positionWe are looking for an Analyst Application Services to support the reliability, performance, and continuous improvement of software solutions used by our Gas Distribution business.

What You Will Do:
Own application health, stability, and performance by monitoring systems, integrations, scheduled jobs, and data quality.
Troubleshoot incidents and recurring issues with technical and offshore support teams, driving root-cause analysis and long-term resolution.
Prioritize and coordinate application enhancements by evaluating business value, technical feasibility, and delivery timelines.
Partner with business and operational stakeholders to translate needs into clear requirements, communicate updates, and support roadmap planning.
Support governance, cybersecurity, audit readiness, and continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen application resilience and compliance.
Who You Are:
You have a related university degree or a two-year technical diploma.
Possess strong problem-solving skills and can analyze incidents, system behavior, logs, and data patterns effectively.
Keen interest in technology platforms and motivated to grow in a technical application support role.
Knowledge of application lifecycle management, ITIL-based support processes, and backlog management tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira.
Communicate clearly, manage competing priorities well, and work effectively with business partners and support teams.
Preferred
Familiarity with integration technologies, including SOAP/REST APIs, Java services, middleware, service buses, and data exchanges using APIs.
Knowledge of development environments (e.g. Visual Studio), field data collection technologies, extract-transform-load (ETL) processes, Windows operating system and client / server model
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Salary Ranges from $75,000.00 – $88,000.00 CAD for Ontario locations based upon candidate’s experience, skills, and internal equity.
