El Senior Analytics Manager Latam es responsable de liderar iniciativas de analítica y desempeño de alto impacto en LATAM. Este rol opera con un alto grado de autonomía, siendo responsable de la gestión end-to-end, desde la definición del problema hasta su ejecución, y transformando datos complejos en insights claros y accionables. Combina sólidas capacidades analíticas prácticas con habilidades de storytelling orientado al desempeño para influir en stakeholders senior y apoyar la toma de decisiones del negocio.

Principales responsabilidades:  

• Liderarás iniciativas analíticas end-to-end (E2E) de alto impacto, transformando desafíos de negocio en soluciones concretas que impulsen resultados en LATAM.
• Traducirás preguntas estratégicas en modelos analíticos y frameworks robustos, generando insights claros que habiliten decisiones informadas.
• Conectarás múltiples fuentes de datos para construir historias de desempeño que inspiren acción y eleven el nivel analítico de la organización.
• Serás un motor clave en iniciativas de transformación y analítica avanzada, contribuyendo a la evolución de capacidades en la región.
• Operarás con un alto nivel de autonomía, identificando oportunidades, definiendo prioridades y generando valor de forma proactiva.
• Integrarás datos complejos y fragmentados (Nielsen, IQVIA, datos internos) para ofrecer una visión holística del negocio.
• Combinarás pensamiento estratégico con ejecución hands-on, desarrollando modelos, dashboards y soluciones prácticas.
• Colaborarás con equipos multifuncionales para asegurar que los insights se traduzcan en decisiones e impacto tangible.
• Actuarás como un socio estratégico y advisor confiable para stakeholders senior, influyendo en la agenda del negocio.
• Desarrollarás soluciones analíticas escalables y automatizadas que permitan eficiencia, consistencia y crecimiento sostenible.

¿Por qué TÚ?  

Tus calificaciones:  

• Experiencia en industrias de consumo masivo (FMCG/CPG) y Consumer Health, idealmente con exposición a entornos de Retail y Life Sciences.
• Experiencia práctica en el uso de plataformas de datos sindicados como Nielsen Discover y IQVIA Flexview, así como en la gestión de proveedores de información.
• Sólido entendimiento comercial de dinámicas de categoría, comportamiento del shopper y entorno competitivo.
• Entre 8 y 10+ años de experiencia en roles de Analytics y/o Insights dentro de FMCG, CPG o Consumer Health.
• Experiencia comprobada liderando proyectos complejos de analítica y transformación con impacto en el negocio.
• Experiencia sólida en la gestión, integración y análisis de múltiples fuentes de datos.
• Inglés Avanzado
