Job Summary:

The Value Consultant at HighRadius is a high-impact, analytical role dedicated to the post-implementation phase. Your primary objective is to drive Value Creation by conducting proactive "Health Checks" on Fortune 1000 client accounts. You will identify systemic automation bottlenecks, quantify the business impact of underperforming metrics, and execute configuration changes to return "Red" status accounts to peak performance.

Core Responsibilities

1. Value Identification & Health Checks

  • Proactive Monitoring: Analyze the Value Dashboard to identify "Red" accounts (automation drops >20%) and prioritize them based on Value360 stats, churn risk, or NPS.
  • Diagnostic Deep-Dives: Lead technical health checks to identify top categories for automation improvement across simple (Single ERP) and complex (Multi-ERP/IR) environments.
  • Impact Modeling: Quantify the business impact and ROI of proposed improvements, providing effort estimations for project execution.

2. Client Engagement & Strategy

  • Strategic Representation: Develop and present data-driven decks to clients highlighting performance gaps and "To-Be" automation targets.
  • Commercial Alignment (VC3): Lead interactions regarding Business Cases, price alignment, and ROI presentations to executive stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary consultant for the client during optimization, ensuring all "delta changes" align with their business objectives and managing any escalations.

3. Technical Execution & Deployment

  • Rule Configuration: Design, configure, and validate automation logic and rules within the client environment to solve systemic delivery issues.
  • UAT & Enablement: Lead the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process, configure rules, and get client sign-off. Oversee final training execution for strategic accounts.
  • Production Deployment: Clone Logical Function Units (LFUs) and validated rules to the Production environment once approved.

4. Project Governance & Operations

  • Internal Collaboration: Partner with Product, Technical Consultants (TC), and Data & Technology Associates (DTA) to manage dependencies and secure signed Change Orders (COs).
  • Project Oversight: Initialize and manage projects in RocketLane, ensuring value improvement is delivered within defined timelines and quality standards.

Requirements & Competencies

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a premier institute (IIT/NIT/BITS or equivalent) preferred.
  • Experience: 1–6 years in Professional Services or Consulting.
  • Analytical Rigor: Exceptional ability to translate complex data sets and "Red" metrics into clear, actionable technical configuration strategies.
  • Technical Toolkit: Proficiency in SQL, Advanced Excel, and Project Management tools (e.g., RocketLane).
  • Communication: Strong ability to build rapport and influence senior stakeholders across North America and Europe.
  • Domain Expertise: Understanding of Finance/Accounting workflows (Order-to-Cash, AP, or Treasury) is a significant advantage.

Value Creation Framework (The Process)

  • Identification: Use Value360 stats (Proactive), Client Temperature/NPS (Reactive), or DTA/TAM inputs (Requested).
  • Alignment: Secure initial client buy-in for a diagnostic deep-dive.
  • The Health Check: Technical audit of current system configurations.
  • Project Creation: Formalize findings into a RocketLane project.
  • Execution: Rule configuration, UAT, and Production Go-Live.
