By extending our legacy in mission-critical communications with an expansive video security and AI analytics portfolio—spanning Avigilon, Pelco, and the rugged, long-range threat detection of Silent Sentinel—alongside advanced mesh networking (MANET) and RF intelligence, we provide a resilient "Safe Nation" ecosystem. As we continue to expand our strategic footprint in the Philippines, we are seeking a highly accomplished Sales Director – Defense & Critical Infrastructure. In this executive commercial role, you will lead our growth strategy across the nation's most critical sectors, including the Department of National Defense (DND), Philippine Coast Guard (PCG), and Tier-1 commercial infrastructure. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior government and enterprise leaders, architecting complex technological integrations that protect the nation's people and critical assets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Defense & Maritime Modernization Leadership

  • National Security Strategy: Lead the go-to-market execution for strategic C4I (Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence), tactical communications, and base security projects aligned with the AFP Modernization Program.

  • Maritime & Border Security: Champion our advanced surveillance and communications ecosystem within the Philippine Coast Guard and border command units, positioning our ruggedized video and MANET solutions for long-range threat detection and territorial defense.

  • Tactical Ecosystem Selling: Elevate the customer dialogue from standard communications to integrated "Tactical Superiority," illustrating how our converged ecosystem empowers military and maritime responders.

2. Critical Infrastructure Expansion

  • Transport & Logistics: Drive the adoption of our video security and communications ecosystem across the Philippines' Tier-1 Transport sectors, including major airport rehabilitations, regional transit hubs, and massive maritime/port operations.

  • Energy & Utilities: Architect expansion strategies for the critical utility sector, targeting major national grid operators and energy conglomerates to secure their distributed operational assets.

3. Public Sector Stewardship & Strategic Alignment

  • Portfolio Optimization: Act as a strategic advisor to our established public safety and civilian agencies. Guide their technology roadmaps to ensure long-term operational readiness, proactively managing the transition from legacy hardware to our next-generation software and video ecosystem.

  • Value Creation & Procurement Strategy: Proactively engage government Technical Working Groups (TWG) to collaborate on requirements and specifications. Ensure that complex government tenders prioritize mission-critical reliability, sovereign-grade security, and ecosystem value.

4. Matrix Agility & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Regional Synergy: Work closely with the Regional Hub leadership to secure specialized technical, architectural, and commercial resources for multi-million-dollar mega-deal pursuits.

  • Partner Orchestration: Cultivate and manage a high-performing network of specialized System Integrators (SIs) capable of delivering complex, multi-layered technology deployments.

Basic Requirements

  • Executive Sales Leadership: 10+ years of high-performance B2G/B2B technology sales experience in the Philippines, with a proven track record of closing highly complex, multi-million-dollar infrastructure or modernization projects.

  • Targeted Sector Expertise: Deep, verifiable experience selling and strong network within major Philippine conglomerates and critical infrastructure.

  • Tactical Technology Fluency: Strong working knowledge of military/government communications, C4I architectures, tactical radio (MANET/RF), and/or advanced video surveillance ecosystems.

  • Procurement Mastery: Intimate, working knowledge of Philippine government procurement laws (RA 9184) and the strategic nuances of the national budgeting process.

  • The "Hunter" DNA: Possess the resilience and strategic patience to navigate long, complex public sector procurement cycles and are comfortable building elite pipelines from the ground up.
