Job Description:
Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Monitored Retrofit Manager (f/m) to join our Customer Services Departement based in Toulouse, France.
The Monitored Retrofit Manager (ASOSBL) is a key enabler to improve continuously the widebody aircraft maturity. The Monitored Retrofit Manager acts as part of the Customized Material Services (CMS) department of SATAIR, on behalf of the Widebody Program Support organization (SBL).
In that context, the Monitored Retrofit Manager has the responsibility to manage monitored retrofits to support all our widebody customers in the frame of monitored retrofits embodiment.
The Monitored Retrofit Manager role requires a strong understanding of aircraft systems, project management at Program level and customer needs.

Your challenges:
-Industrialize Supply Chain by analyzing and planning industrial lead times & capacity :
Understand the technical solution and take the lead of the deployment (responsible on behalf of Program Support)
Contribute & Challenge Program Support retrofit & mitigation strategy and Support development of technical solutions.
Translate the Program Support & retrofit requirements (target cost per aircraft, embodiment rate, policy etc) into inputs to other departments, including the Supply Chain managers.
Provide all required inputs to Supply Chain Managers to enable supply chain industrialisation of retrofit with kits or complex retrofit.
Contribute to negotiation supplier capacity & cost alignment with Procurement (PMR/PCR/PES), material management
Define & steer all inputs from Engineering, Procurement, Suppliers, Supply-chain, Program to ensure global retrofit strategy in accordance with retrofit objectives (time, cost, quality) and the retrofit embodiment until final fleet completion.
-Influence retrofit strategy considering inputs from Supply Chain Managers (ie limitations on inventory, volume, supply chain capacities, sales etc)
-Follow-up and monitor each individual retrofit campaign, ensuring OTQC delivery of material (parts, tooling, kits & equipment) of each project until completion of each MSN:
Collaborate with Supply Chain Manager for customer order priorities on any retrofit with kits.
Support the Airline/Program Support for any industrial queries on a retrofit or Airbus parts mitigation.
-Manage an airline portfolio:
Implement trustful relationships with major operators to accelerate embodiment of retrofit campaigns.
Build and agree on operator retrofit packages for A/C groundings, in particular for C checks involving major structural retrofits.
Contribute to sustain Operational Reliability (OR) by closing fleet improvement retrofits with this major operator.
The Airline Manager is the voice of the customer for any industrial queries on a retrofit or Airbus parts mitigation. He/She/They is participating to SMM, TRM with her/his/their dedicated airline portfolio on Program Support request. He/She/They is supporting specific airline needs (specific grounding, working parties) or specific projects linked to monitored retrofits packages.

✓ SB scrutiny & LOC validation + Retrofit Information Letter (RIL)
✓ Retrofit planning & priorities + airlines grounding dates or constraints
✓ Preq & GR for equipments
✓ Customer retrofit dashboards (CQD KPI) incl. embodiment rate if required, action plan & cost follow-up
