Position Purpose:

Serves as a member of the Marketing Acceleration: Intelligence & Automation team, functioning as a techno-functional consultant within our AI Center of Excellence. This role is integral to empowering marketing by driving AI adoption, refining AI use-cases, and leading the development of automations and agentic solutions. You will play a key part in identifying, prioritizing, and governing AI and automation initiatives to drive operational efficiencies and deliver measurable value.


Key Responsibilities:

  • 10% Knowledge of Marketing Operations - Remains knowledgeable on Marketing Technology systems and capabilities, and trends in Marketing Operations
  • 20% On-Going Support for Systems - Provide on-going support for systems that enable marketing project execution by developing and delivering training, new associate on-boarding, and governance of implementations to ensure configurations and data stay "clean"
  • 20% Optimizes Processes - Use data and insights to optimize processes and support through areas such as automation, incremental enhancements to system configurations, process improvement and modifications to training programs to drive operational efficiencies
  • 10% Partner with Third-Parties - Partner with third party software providers to understand and influence their capabilities roadmap
  • 20% Partnership - Partner with Marketing Technology product management, Brand Marketing account services, creative, program management office (PMO), and other cross functional partners to understand processes and system requirements to enable marketing project execution and technology services
  • 20% Requirement Gathering - Based on PMO center-of-excellence processes and ways of working and requirements gathered, configure technology, on-board users, and thoughtfully roll-out solutions that enable marketing project execution and processes

Travel Requirements:

  • Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.


Physical Requirements:

  • Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.


Working Conditions:

  • Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must be eighteen years of age or older.
  • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in marketing operations, marketing technology, or a related techno-functional role.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage ambiguity and lead projects with minimal direction.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience preparing clear business requirements, process flows, and leadership-ready documentation.
  • Proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools, specifically SQL and Tableau, to derive insights and measure impact.
  • Proven experience in building and implementing scalable automation and technology solutions.
  • Knowledge of AI governance principles, including responsible AI usage, compliance, and enterprise data standards.
  • Experience in strategic blueprinting, including workflow design, AI solution mapping, and defining success metrics (KPIs/ROI).
  • Demonstrated expertise in relationship management, with a track record of successfully partnering with IT, cybersecurity, external vendors, and business stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and marketing technology systems is a plus.

  • The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job.
