Salesforce Architect

The Opportunity:

Lead the design and architecture of complex Salesforce solutions supporting enterprise modernization initiatives. Translate business needs into scalable, secure technical designs across multiple Salesforce clouds and integrated systems. Direct solution development, enforce architectural standards, and ensure adherence to security and governance requirements. Guide integration patterns using APIs, events, and data pipelines. Mentor development teams, conduct reviews, and ensure system reliability and performance. This position may require periodic onsite work depending on project assignment.

You Have:

  • 8+ years of experience in IT, including Salesforce architecture

  • Experience designing enterprise Salesforce architectures across Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and integrated systems

  • Knowledge of data modeling, security frameworks, and governance models

  • Knowledge of Apex, Lightning Components, and integration technologies

  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non‑technical stakeholders

  • DHS Suitability

  • Bachelor’s degree in STEM field

Nice If You Have:

  • 10+ years of experience architecting enterprise systems

  • Experience with Data Cloud, MuleSoft, or enterprise integration tools

  • Knowledge of high‑scale community design and multi‑cloud patterns

  • Ability to lead multi‑team technical delivery efforts

  • Salesforce Architect‑level certifications, such as Application, System, or CTA

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
