Customer Service Team Lead, Greater China

Responsibilities

Plan, co-ordinate and control the activities of the customer service team to maintain and enhance customer relationships and meet organizational and operational objectives.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:   

• Responsible for order execution of Marine, PC and Global M&R in Greater China and provide feedback to inquiry from global M&R commercial team.
• Replenish inventory from Korea and Europe to China boned warehouse to ensure right stock.
• Take charge of inventory management in re-supply and bonded warehouse to improve inventory turnover and health.
• Develop reporting system to manage key supply chain KPIs (OTIF, DOI and inventory health…), maintain global score card and align with global measurement framework, drive continuous improvement across these key metrics.
• Optimize Order To Cash flow to improve efficiency, order execution visibility and supply lead-time.
• Coordinate with SAP COE team to maintain and improve system tool (e.g. SAP) for process improvements.
• Support customer complaints handling with QA team.
• Handle complex and escalate customer service and supply issues
• Conduct export compliance in daily OTC process.
• Support PPG internal audit and provide records/documentations to audit team.
• Manage team performance and improve team engagement continuously.
• Develop team capability by staff training, project assignments and provide coaching.

Requirement:

• Good degree in any discipline
• Customer service and supervisory experience
• In-depth knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Proficient in MS Office application.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• The incumbent must possess high energy level, initiative and is a team player.
