As a Programmatic Executive in our Sydney office you will be responsible for devising, executing and optimising programmatic campaigns for a selection of clients. Reporting into the Programmatic Director, you will support the team to drive performance through display, video and other programmatic channels to achieve performance goals.

Core responsibilities include:

  • Deliver and optimise programmatic media campaigns to meet client objectives.

  • Analyse campaign performance and audience insights to provide strategic recommendations and drive improvement.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, publishers, and offshore partners to ensure high-quality execution, innovation, and timely delivery of client briefs.

  • Lead client campaign optimisation by applying knowledge of programmatic tools and platforms.

  • Support financial performance and reporting.

A bit about you:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a media agency, with knowledge of the programmatic landscape and hands-on experience using DSPs (DV360, TTD and Amazon is ideal)

  • Strong analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.

  • Comfortable working autonomously, seeking support from management when needed.

  • Great communication and presentation skills.
