About the role
The University of Virginia School of Education and Human Development is seeking to hire several workers to assist with on-site tasks related to research project data entry at the VLP office. Individuals must be in or around Charlottesville, VA and have the ability to come to work on-grounds at UVA. Candidates should have high attention to detail, be comfortable working with computers and various data entry platforms, and read/understand scoring data. Paid training is provided.
Background in educational testing, assessments, and literacy preferred.
Hours will be a minimum of 10-15 per week and preference for 20 or more. Position is through summer 2026 with potential for continuation.
Pay rate: $15.00-$16.00/hour

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
This is primarily a sedentary job involving extensive use of desktop computers. The job does occasionally require traveling some distance to attend meetings, and programs.
