Job Overview
This role is responsible for Field Sales planning and the delivery of commercial priorities through coordination and leadership of a field sales team as well as through direct customer interaction.
This role acts as an interface between field sales and internal stakeholders within key account management, category management, supply chain and finance and plays a crucial role in securing effective ways of working and supporting systems for excellent field execution.
What are we looking for?
Experience in field sales operations and sales, preferably in FMCG context
In-depth understanding of Finnish retail landscape
Strong data analysis skills
Ability to manage complex internal and external stakeholder network
Fluent in English and Finnish, another Nordic language beneficial
What will be your key responsibilities?
Ownership of 3rd party Field Force and Merchandising, external stakeholder management
Target setting and follow through of commercial priorities
Customer ownership and annual planning of named customer accounts
Administration of Field Sales related systems/platforms
Field coverage model design and maintenance
Upskilling of Field Sales capabilities through coaching, training, educational material, tools, reporting & systems
Crucial contribution in Field Sales development projects
