Job Details:
Pay Rate: $19.25/hr
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Supervisor with department set-up and daily operations.
- Ensure compliance with USDA, production, and HACCP requirements.
- Monitor shoulder cuts, debone mechanical issues, and meat supply.
- Make staffing decisions based on product flow, mix, and attendance.
- Relieve line personnel as needed and fill in for absenteeism.
- Perform wash down during breaks and maintain general housekeeping.
- Serve as Supervisor backup during their absence.
The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
Requirements:
Must have at least six months of lead experience with a single employer within the last 12 months.
