Job Description:
Job Responsibilities
Responsible to run reports (e.g. manifests, load discrepancy, hold list, warehouse report) and distribute it to various internal stakeholders
Assist to do accurate data entry of paperwork and submit volume shipment reports into UPS systems for tracking
Proactively follow up on incoming emails, inbound package resolution and check on discrepancies
Resolve pending packages outside the office for address corrections or package exceptions resolutions.
Job Requirements:
Possess a Diploma (or equivalent) in Logistics/Supply Chain Management or relevant fields
Possess 1 - 2 years of logistics data management or logistics/aviation industry experience
Possess strong communication (at least English) and interpersonal skills
Display proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Willing to work on shifts, especially night shift (11pm to 9am/10pm to 8am/9pm to 7am)
Willing to work overtime or on public holidays when needed
