Your work will directly impact supplier performance, product quality, and customer satisfaction by ensuring robust processes and continuous improvement across the supply chain.

• Supporting supplier qualification and development through APQP, engineering changes, and PPAP validation, including audits and on-site visits.

• Managing supplier performance through KPIs such as PPM, COPQ, and escapes, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

• Partnering with cross-functional teams (Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain) to resolve supplier quality issues and support decision-making.

Requirements

We are looking for results-driven, analytical, and customer-focused professionals with strong influence and problem-solving skills. If this is you, get in touch.

As a minimum you must have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Automation, Electronics, Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related field).

• 5+ years of experience in Quality, including at least 3+ years in Supplier Quality Engineering.

• Strong experience with PPAP and AIAG Core Tools (Control Plan, FMEA, PPAP; APQP/SPC/MSA preferred).

• Advanced problem-solving experience using methodologies such as Six Sigma, A3, or 8D.

• Experience with Quality Management Systems audits (ISO 9001 / IATF) and strong GD&T knowledge.

• Experience in manufacturing processes such as machining, assembly, casting, and/or electronics.

• Experience managing supplier KPIs (PPM, COPQ, escapes) and conducting supplier audits.

• Advanced English (spoken and written).

• Knowledge of SPC and statistical tools.

• Exposure to people leadership.

• Availability to travel up to 30% (domestic and international).

• Valid VISA.

Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have:

• Certification or training in AIAG Core Tools.

• Six Sigma certification (Green Belt / Black Belt).

• Experience with plastics injection molding or special manufacturing processes.

• Certified internal auditor (ISO 9001 / IATF).
