The Vice President, Head of Agency Sales Operations is responsible for leading and optimizing all operational aspects of the Agency Distribution department. This role ensures efficient processes, strategic alignment, and operational excellence across all agency sales channels and initiatives.

- Deep understanding of agency sales models and distribution channels
- Expertise in sales operations management and process optimization
- Knowledge of CRM systems and sales enablement technology platforms
- Familiarity with insurance industry regulations and compliance requirements
- Understanding of financial analysis, forecasting, and budget management
- Knowledge of data analytics and business intelligence tools
- Proficiency with project management methodologies
Qualifications (heading) / Compétences (titre)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in sales operations or related field
- Minimum 5 years in a leadership or management role
- Demonstrated experience in Agency Distribution of life insurance industry
- Proven track record of leading and managing teams of 15+ employees

Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive Agency sales operational strategies and processes
Direct implementation of sales technology systems, tools, and platforms to support both sales and learning and development team
Oversee, establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational dashboards
Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards
Ensure the comprehensive Agency Risk and Control process
