About the role: 

You'll be the strategic mind behind social media programs that transform industry insights into trusted thought leadership and turn professional connections into brand advocates and conversations into business outcomes. Working at the intersection of brand strategy, market intelligence, and platform dynamics, you'll translate audience behaviors and trending industry topics into social campaigns that feel authentic and drive engagement. We're looking for someone who can balance strategic planning with reactive agility, finding opportunities to amplify brand messages through compelling storytelling and community building. Success means developing social strategies that consistently grow engaged audiences while achieving key business objectives. 

 

What you will be doing: 

  • Develop comprehensive social media strategies that align with brand objectives and drive engagement, reach, and conversion across key platforms 
  • Create content strategies and editorial calendars that balance planned campaigns with real-time social opportunities and cultural moments 
  • Analyze social media performance using metrics including engagement rates, reach, sentiment, and conversion attribution to optimize future content 
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop social content formats, visual identities, and brand voice guidelines that resonate with target audiences 
  • Build community management approaches that foster genuine engagement and handle customer service interactions professionally 
  • Transform audience insights and social listening data into actionable content recommendations and campaign optimizations
