We are currently seeking a Clinical Trial Associate to join our diverse and dynamic payments team.
What you will be doing
CTA work will be focused on payments
Perform administrative tasks such as: mass mailings, meeting coordination, agenda and minute preparation, trackers and distribution lists maintenance, and support consistent study level communications through for example presentations or newsletters, etc.
Assist with document management, including finalization, version tracking, filing/archiving and management of study related correspondence.
Support development of project specific forms and trackers as appropriate.
Support preparation and follow-up of audits/inspections related to the Trial Master File (TMF); supporting that TMF is always inspection ready.
Develop and manage study-specific forms, trackers, and Investigator Site File (ISF) binders (including through a printing vendor) and/or related project materials.
Manage system/vendor access for site staff, including regular review, authorizing and removing access as appropriate.
Support PM/CTM/CRAs with the coordination of non-IP related study supplies, project equipment and other study material.
· Support with study system maintenance and Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMS) at a project level. May support subject tracking in CTMS based on available reports (from system).Run clinical dashboards and generate metric reports as applicable.
Assist with study level documents distribution and AOR tracking.
Support site payments reconciliation, under supervision.
Coordinate study-level translations via third party vendors.
Support team training management (matrix maintenance, reconciliation and compliance report generation).
Maintain communications with the internal project team, escalating issues as required.
Your profile
Bachelor's or Master's degree.
At least one year of experience in payments area, experience from Research Site (Study Coordinator) or Payment Associate (CRO/ Pharma) is an asset.
Knowledge of clinical trial processes, regulations, and guidelines is an asset.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
