Job Description
Locus Robotics is a leader in the rapidly growing eCommerce order fulfillment optimization space. Our solution helps warehouse owners attain 2-3X efficiency improvement over cart-picking operations, by empowering pickers to work collaboratively with our robots. All this is accomplished while integrating with the operator’s Warehouse Management System, utilizing and optimizing existing facility infrastructure. As a Marketing Programs Intern, you’ll support initiatives that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and overall program performance across multiple channels. You’ll build an understanding of foundational marketing technologies and basic campaign management processes, gaining hands‑on experience with the tools and workflows that power modern marketing programs. This internship is designed to challenge you, expand your skills, and provide valuable experience as you begin your career in marketing.
Hybrid position located at our Wilmington, MA headquarters, requiring three (4) days per week onsite. Only local candidates will be considered.
Internship period is May/June - August 2026, during standard business hours (Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM ET).
Responsibilities

Support top‑of‑funnel demand generation campaigns across multiple channels by coordinating timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication to keep initiatives on track.

Assist in executing campaigns in Marketo by building marketing programs (email, webinar, etc.), managing smart lists, and configuring lead flows to drive awareness and pipeline.

Monitor and gather campaign performance data, pulling key metrics to surface insights and optimize top‑of‑funnel conversion rates.

Partner cross‑functionally with marketing, sales, and operations teams to align on goals and ensure seamless campaign execution from planning through launch.
Qualifications
- Ability to work a hybrid role (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm) for the 2026 Summer internship period (May/June - August).
- Currently enrolled as an undergraduate (rising senior) or graduate student at an accredited college or university studying the field of Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- An intermediate or higher level understanding of technology.
- Proficient in the use of MS Office applications.
- Strong team orientation with a collaborative mindset.
