About the role

Descripción del Puesto:

El/La Team Leader Dell es responsable de liderar y coordinar el equipo de Vendor Management asignado al negocio de Dell Technologies, asegurando la ejecución del plan estratégico, el cumplimiento de cuota y el crecimiento sostenible del portafolio Dell en TD SYNNEX México.

La posición tiene responsabilidad directa sobre los objetivos del equipo, combinando liderazgo, planeación comercial, seguimiento operativo y relación estratégica con Dell, canales y clientes finales.

Responsibilidades:

  • Liderar y coordinar el desempeño del equipo comercial Dell.

  • Desarrollar y ejecutar el Business Plan del equipo, alineado a TD SYNNEX y Dell.

  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de cuota del equipo.

  • Establecer rutinas de seguimiento, coaching y control de KPIs.

  • Supervisar pipeline, forecast, planes de trabajo y reportes de resultados.

  • Garantizar una operación ordenada con alto nivel de accountability y rendición de cuentas.

  • Mantener relación continua con Dell Technologies, clientes estratégicos y canales.

  • Participar en visitas comerciales, eventos y sesiones de planeación con el fabricante.

  • Promover una cultura de alto desempeño, colaboración y enfoque a resultados.

Conocimientos, Skills y Experiencia:

  • Ingenieria de Sistemas, Telecomunicaciones, Electrónica o afines, o Licenciatura en Informática, Relaciones Comerciales con experiencia en mercado de TI y Data Center.

  • +4 años de experiencia en roles de BDM, Product Manager, Vendor Manager, Channel Sales, Consultoría técnica, BDR o Account Manager, manejando tecnologías de DELL EMC principalmente.

  • +2 años de experiencia como lider de equipos comerciales.

  • Experiencia en desarrollo de planes de negocio.

  • Experiencia en soluciones de Infraestructura / Data Center.

  • Deseable experiencia directa con Dell Technologies; experiencia en HPE o Lenovo es considerada.

  • Capacidad para operar en entornos de alcance de cuota, presión comercial y prioridades cambiantes.

  • Capacidad de liderazgo y gestión de personas.

  • Planeación estratégica, alta orientación a resultados y cumplimiento de objetivos.

  • Comunicación clara y efectiva a nivel ejecutivo.

Condiciones de Trabajo:

  • Ambiente profesional en un modelo Híbrido.

  • Visitas a clientes y Vendors con frecuencia.

  • Capacitación y entrenamiento constante.

  • Participación en eventos de la marca.
