As a Senior Data Analyst, you’ll play a key role in supporting our mission to deliver the right products, at the right time, in the most efficient way possible.   Join our Transportation Optimization team as a Senior Data Analyst and help shape the future of supply chain efficiency at Walmart. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your analytical expertise to drive impactful business decisions, optimize operations, and deliver measurable value at scale.   What you’ll do:

• Identify, extract, and validate data from multiple sources to support business needs
• Develop and implement data quality checks and data governance best practices
• Translate business requirements into actionable data projects and insights
• Create compelling data visualizations and present findings to stakeholders
• Mentor junior analysts and promote data quality awareness

  What you’ll bring:

• Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI)
• Experience with data quality management, data governance, and large-scale data ecosystems
• Strong business acumen across multiple domains (e.g., supply chain, finance, technology)
• Proven ability to translate complex business problems into data-driven solutions
• Expertise in statistical analysis and exploratory data analysis techniques
• Ability to think creatively and identify opportunities to reinvent processes using GenAI agents

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
