We are currently seeking a Manager, Clinical Services to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Manager, Clinical Services at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the operational aspects of clinical trials, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services that aid the advancement of innovative therapies. You will contribute to the success of clinical research by leading teams and optimizing processes to enhance overall trial performance.
Location: 100% on site - Lenexa KS
*Please note: There will be expected travel 1-2x / week to our Lawrence site location*
What You Will Be Doing:
- Managing the day-to-day operations of clinical services, ensuring that trials are conducted efficiently and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Engaging with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that enhance trial execution and patient engagement.
- Monitoring trial progress and performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Mentoring and developing team members, fostering a culture of inclusion and excellence in clinical service delivery.
- Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate effective communication for clinical initiatives.
Your Profile:
- Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences, or related discipline
- Extensive experience in managing clinical services or operations, with a solid understanding of industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Early Phase clinical research experience strongly preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage teams in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, with a focus on optimizing operational processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive successful outcomes.
