Job Description

The purpose of this role is to support the talent acquisition team to attract, engage and hire the very best talent into the organisation. This is a service delivery role partnering closely with hiring managers, interviewers, candidates, recruiters, and other stakeholders to help ensure an exceptional candidate experience. This role has a strong focus on candidate communication, candidate management, and customer service.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Creative, Strategy, Account, Media and Production teams to understand hiring needs and build accurate role profiles.

  • Source, identify, and engage candidates through various platforms.

  • Conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidates’ experience, portfolios, communication skills, and cultural fit.

  • Manage interview scheduling, feedback collection, and full-cycle coordination to ensure a seamless candidate experience.

  • Handle offer negotiation, issue offer letters, and initiate background checks to ensure all pre‑employment steps are completed.

  • Maintain accurate ATS records and track key recruitment metrics.

  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing content.

  • Stay updated on advertising talent trends and market insights.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Communications, Marketing, or related field.

  • 3–5 years of recruitment experience; advertising agency or media/marketing industry experience highly preferred.

  • Strong sourcing capability, familiarity with recruitment platforms and ATS tools.

  • English proficiency sufficient for daily work.

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and multitasking abilities.

  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and result-driven mindset.
