Upon successful completion, you’ll have the opportunity to work with one of our global clients as a full-time IT Support Specialist, helping to maintain and enhance their IT infrastructure and support services.

Important: working hours will be non-standard: 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM

- IT Service Management: Master ITIL concepts including incident, problem, and change management.
- Windows & Hardware: Gain hands-on experience with Windows OS, PowerShell, and hardware troubleshooting.
- Active Directory & LDAP: Understand directory services, group policies, and secure server setup.
- Office 365 & SharePoint: Collaborate effectively using Microsoft tools and services.
- Linux & SQL (Introductory): Explore foundational concepts to broaden your technical toolkit.
