  • Draft and oversee the creation of press materials, including press releases, pitches, briefing documents, and thought leadership content

  • Manage and evolve media lists and editorial calendars to support ongoing outreach and campaign planning

  • Prepare and coach internal spokespeople for media engagements

  • Track, analyze, and report on press coverage, providing insights and recommendations to improve performance

  • Lead key components of press events, including strategy, media engagement, and on-site execution

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, brand, and analytics teams to align on integrated communications efforts

Experience and qualifications:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in agency or in-house public relations, multi-brand communications, and/or a news or editorial environment

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or related technical field; or equivalent related professional experience

  • Demonstrated experience securing consistent coverage with top-tier U.S. media outlets, including broadcast

  • Established media relationships across consumer, travel, or lifestyle categories

  • A strategic storyteller who can translate data and insights into compelling narratives

  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills with close attention to detail
