About the Team

The Growth Marketing Team leads the company's efforts to acquire new eaters across a variety of channels. This is more than the ambition of expanding audiences, increasing traffic and conversion rate while keeping CAC low. CookUnity has an incredible chef-driven story to tell—and a mind-blowing, must-taste product to introduce to the world. And because of this, the sky's the limit in crafting an alluring proposition and leveraging magnetic content. About the Role

As a Senior Associate, Paid Social, you’ll play a key role in shaping and executing our paid social strategy across platforms like Meta, YouTube, TikTok, and more. You’ll use data, creative, and audience insights to drive high-ROI acquisition while maintaining CAC efficiency.

As part of CookUnity’s in-house growth team, you’ll contribute to strategy while owning day-to-day campaign execution. You’ll bring strong knowledge of the social landscape to scale channels, optimize performance, and share insights on trends and opportunities.

Reporting to the Growth Marketing Director, you’ll manage campaigns, run tests, and collaborate closely with teams across Creative, CRM, Brand, Product, Tech, and Data to support growth.

Responsibilities

1. Own and Execute Paid Social Growth Strategy

  • Develop, implement, and optimize a full-funnel paid social strategy across Meta, TikTok, Snap, Reddit, X, YouTube, and emerging channels.
  • Manage and scale multi-million dollar budgets while improving customer acquisition costs (CAC), return on ad spend (ROAS), and lifetime value (LTV).
  • Drive incremental customer acquisition while maintaining efficiency, ensuring campaigns are scalable and profitable.
  • Drive growth through high-volume creative and campaign launches to combat creative fatigue, and daily hands-on-keyboard optimizations
