We are looking for an Executive Administrative Assistant who will be responsible for providing high level comprehensive support to multiple senior-level positions. This position requires the ability to anticipate needs, think critically, be resourceful, and offer solutions to problems with the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Job Responsibilities

  • Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks that facilitate the senior leadership team’s ability to effectively lead the organization, including assisting with special projects; designing and producing complex documents, reports, and presentations; collecting and preparing information for meetings with staff
  • Maintains the senior leadership teams’ calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, speaking engagements, and travel. Responsible for exercising discretion in committing time and evaluating needs and priorities
  • Coordinates travel arrangements
  • Process expenses and invoices in a timely manner; ensures adherence to company's policies
  • Supports executive decision-making by handling specialized assignments, researching and synthesizing information from internal and external sources, and recommending best practices to streamline processes and improve service delivery.
  • Communicates difficult concepts to team to generate clarity and alignment on projects, initiatives, and various work products
  • May lead functional projects with moderate risks and resource requirements.
  • Individual contributor working independently; may require guidance in highly complex situations
  • Performs all other duties as assigned by management


Education

Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred

Experience

Typically requires 5+ years of related work experience

Pay Range & Benefits

$70,304.00 - $117,196.77 Annually

The base salary range provided is consistent with similar roles at the Company. The base salary range is not an absolute, but a guide, and actual offers will be based on the individual candidate’s knowledge, skills, education, experience, location, market conditions, and other compensation components. Depending upon all of the preceding considerations, the base salary may be lower or higher than the stated range.
