Role Overview:

As a Senior Product Designer, you are the lead designer for our high-scale growth and automation platforms in Taiwan. This is a senior Individual Contributor role for a designer who thrives at the intersection of complex data systems and human-centric interfaces.

You are expected to define the problem space clearly and drive the design strategy from concept to execution. While you will collaborate with Product and Engineering, you are expected to be fully autonomous—capable of conducting your own research, building your own prototypes, and utilizing data to validate your design decisions.

 

What You Will Do:

1. Problem Definition & Strategic Design Thinking

  • The Role: Identify and define the core user problems within our growth and automation tools. You must look past surface-level requests to understand the root cause of user friction or system inefficiency.
  • The Expectation: You provide the logic and user-centered reasoning for the design roadmap. You are expected to challenge existing workflows and propose simplified, scalable solutions for complex, data-heavy environments.

2. Interaction & System Design

  • The Role: Architect the end-to-end user journey for both internal automation tools and external customer-facing experiences.
  • The Expectation: You design for scale. You must create robust design systems and logical flows that handle millions of data points and complex variables without overwhelming the user. You work closely with engineers to ensure your designs are technically feasible.

3. Data-Driven Design & Autonomous Analytics

  • The Role: Use quantitative and qualitative data to inform and validate your design hypotheses.
  • The Expectation: You do not rely solely on others for insights. You are expected to be comfortable looking at performance dashboards and conversion data (and ideally navigating basic data tools) to understand how your designs impact business metrics.

4. Technical & Operational Insight

  • The Role: Maintain a deep understanding of the growth channel's operational workflows to identify where design can reduce manual effort.
  • The Expectation: While you are not a campaign manager, you must be a "power user" of the growth platforms. You should know exactly how campaigns are managed to identify "pain points" where better design or automation can replace tedious manual work.

5. Hands-on Prototyping & Execution

  • The Role: Deliver high-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes that clearly communicate the vision to stakeholders and engineers.
  • The Expectation: You are a master of your craft (Figma, etc.). If a project is moving fast, you are expected to handle the entire design lifecycle independently—from initial wireframes and user testing to final hand-off and visual QA.

 

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience: 8+ years in Product Design, with a focus on B2B, SaaS, or high-scale E-commerce/Growth platforms.
