In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for strengthening supplier relationships, ensuring compliance, and leveraging data-driven insights to deliver sustainable results, through proactive collaboration and ethical decision‑making, enhance operational efficiency, reduce risk, and support the organization’s long-term growth. Each day, you will monitor order process and provide related support to divisions. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting product development projects and related applications and business process enhancement projects.

This role is contributing to the Motion business for IEC Low Voltage division based in Bangalore, India:
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Capacity Planning in line with Mid & long term demand for all Supply Pools. Release of Quarterly/Monthly/Weekly/Daily Schedules. Make & Release of Purchase Orders.
- Performing standard and ad hoc detailed analyses of planning and fulfillment metrics, including Days Inventory on Hand (DIH), on-time delivery, lead time, forecast accuracy, and resource utilization.
- Supporting and maintaining inventory management processes for finished/semi-finished goods and/or raw materials in line with company guidelines.
- Supports product development projects and related applications and business process enhancement projects.
Qualifications for the role
5 to 7 years of experience in planning.
Full time engineering or diploma in Electrical or Mechanical background.
Manages relationships with stakeholders in their own area of responsibility and ensures alignment.
Implements and ensures compliance with the ABB code of conduct, global and local standards, tools, policies, and processes in their assigned area
Knowledge of SAP-Ariba, SAP-MM/PP Report review, Find the Gap & prepare Mitigation Plan
Review of Supplier/Customer On Time Delivery. Review inventories against Targets.
