What you will do

In this role, you will be responsible for managing strategic accounts and driving sustainable business growth by developing high-level relationships and tailored solutions. You will work cross-functionally to align commercial strategies, strengthen customer partnerships, and ensure long-term account performance.

  • Manage a portfolio of strategic company accounts, ensuring consistent performance and growth.

  • Develop and implement solutions with customers to enhance product competitiveness and outcomes.

  • Build and maintain senior-level and C-suite relationships to drive market expansion.

  • Partner with multiple business units to align account strategies and support stabilization and growth initiatives.

  • Define, track, and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate sales success.

  • Lead the development and execution of short-, medium-, and long-term account strategies.

  • Build long-term relationships with strategic clients, ensuring alignment with their business needs.

  • Ensure achievement of account budgets while supporting all business units across Colombia.

What you will need

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales roles.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience managing C-suite stakeholders and strategic or corporate accounts.

  • English proficiency at B2–C1 level (Upper-Intermediate to Advanced).

Preferred:

  • Experience in medical device companies.
