This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as a Rewards Intern in Huixquilucan with Signify.

We are seeking a Rewards Intern to support our Total Rewards team in Mexico. This role will provide hands‑on exposure to benefits administration, total rewards analytics, and cost optimization initiatives, while partnering closely with regional and global Rewards colleagues. This is an excellent opportunity for a student interested in compensation, benefits, HR analytics, or finance, and who is eager to learn how organizations design and manage competitive and cost‑effective rewards programs.

This role may be eligible for conversion to a full‑time position depending on performance, business needs, and position availability.

More about you

While we value and appreciate all applicants, we believe that the following experience and skills will be needed to shine brightly in this job opening:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; comfortable working with data
  • Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas); experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools is a plus
  • Interest in compensation, benefits, and total rewards
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information appropriately
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluent in Spanish; working proficiency in English preferred
  • Ability to work as part of a collaborative Rewards team, learning from teammates while contributing ideas, analyses, and support across initiatives
