About the unit 

The Zeeland Hospital Float Pool is cross trained to Med Surg,  ICU, and Emergency departments. The Float Pool offers an opportunity to learn a broader skill set and provide coverage for nursing departments. You are able to enhance your skills by working in these departments while still feeling like you belong to a team.

Qualifications   

  • Associates in Nursing Required   

  • Bachelors in Nursing Required within 5 years   

  • MI Registered Nurse (RN) Required   

  • AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) Required within 90 days   

  • AHA Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Required within 6 month
